My disappointment with Maxmill's online store stems from the fact that I place a high value on both quality and prompt delivery. My order for home and kitchen items arrived overdue and with quality that was not up to par. The table linens that I bought were made of a flimsy cloth that was not worth the amount that I paid for them. Maxmill did not make the most of a chance to learn from his mistakes and turn a terrible experience into a positive one. While I do appreciate that mistakes can occur, I feel that this opportunity was squandered. As a result of their failure to provide a remedy or an apology, I was left with the impression that my business was not valued. As a life coach, I urge both individuals and businesses to accept responsibility for their errors and to view such errors as opportunities for personal development and professional advancement. Maxmill is capable of doing better, and I really hope that they will take this comments to heart and work hard in the future to meet and surpass expectations.
