I bought this in 2020 to cool my 17 inch laptop. I have no complaints about its cooling performance. I wish the lights could be turned off because while they look cool, they aren't needed and can be a little distracting. It doesn't matter much. I wrote this review primarily to let everyone know what happened to the small fold out plastic standoffs on the front of the cooler. They are thin and break. The first one broke and a week later the other one was gone. Was this the end of this product? no I simply glued the piece back on with Gorilla Glue and it was like new in 15 seconds. Now that the glue has stabilized the pieces, they're actually "much stronger than the original." They don't fold anymore, but I never folded the pieces anyway. I like that the fan speed is adjustable. And the fans are quiet .For the money, this is the best cooler I've had," I thought. It's not perfect, but it does what it's supposed to. well, very cool.
