I just received mine, silver, 13.5" and a couple of things struck me straight away. for my SURFACE BOOK, very soft and semi-rigid, which I think is the most important thing as it's supposed to protect the laptop. There is also enough space that I could have a small pocket on top of my computer, there would be 1/4" on both sides and I could put my hand on the laptop in the pocket so it could fit perfectly in my The laptop -Slot and pocket are padded and then a layer of hard smooth canvas material is used around the rest of the case so I'm not worried about the end of the cable scratching or denting my laptop.5) The pockets are pretty Default. And easily holds my 2 HDMI/USB cables as well as the charger. Small space for a mouse (looks like this space is suitable dit for Microsoft Flat Mouse). Overall I am happy with my purchase. It might not be the thinnest of carrying cases and I probably won't put it in my backpack, preferring to carry it around, but the build quality and protection it offers my new laptop is an easy compromise.
