So being a dubious lady I managed to assemble this myself. Actually, it wasn't that bad with the clamp setting. The only issue I had was the included position tool that was supposed to increase the tension, which didn't even fit! It was too big to fit the hole to be tightened to keep my monitor from falling off. Luckily I found a similar tool in my toolbox that was perfect for me. If I didn't have this little tool I would end up resetting everything not believing it would work which would be a real shame because once I was able to crank the voltage I found everything worked great, otherwise. Guys fix the tool! It's too early to tell if this thing can handle overtime.
