Bought thinking it would be an improvement over traditional drum braking methods. I think it has pliers to remove and install the spring, but the curves are weird and leverage is lacking. You made great progress reinstalling the springs on the drum brakes using a regular thin screwdriver. The kit includes 3 tools for working with compression springs that hold the shoes to the base plate but are unable to clamp the detent on the spring to rotate without slipping. The usual pliers to win these. I have not used disc brake tools. Normally such a kit is not needed to work with disc brakes but if the opportunity arises I will try as I have already purchased the kit.
