I have to give these products three stars because I quickly developed a loving relationship with them. Let's start with the most important things about these products: They don't really seem to cause breakouts on my skin (I have eczema/topical steroid withdrawal) and it's a nice change of pace from other shampoos and conditioners and as such I plan on continuing around this product to use. . However, I have issues with the actual application and performance of these products. The shampoo does not apply well as it makes my hair look like wax and it is very difficult to apply to the scalp. It's serious like I can barely run my fingers through my hair and I have very fine textured hair so I feel like I'm not getting the best cleanse. As for the conditioner, it didn't really make my hair smooth. Hair is really harder to comb after use. I think this product will work well for those with fairly short hair.
