I have been busy after receiving the part and have not installed it for a little over 1 month. She fit perfectly. (Had to replace a small wiring harness bracket but that was easy). It took me 1.5 hours to install. Then I turned the key and it didn't work. Spent 30-45 minutes testing each connection and trying to troubleshoot. Finally removed and reinstalled the old starter and the car started straight away. (Has been replaced b/c, I have frequent slow starts and about 2 or 3 failed starts a month.) Got a new starter at Advanced Auto and tested it. The pinion was only half extended and turned very slowly. The store said it's defective as it draws 40v and still doesn't work. The gear had to come out completely and spin much faster. Unfortunately, the return window closed 5 days ago. :( The manufacturer info says the workmanship has a 2 year warranty so next time I'll try to contact them. If something works I'll come back and update this review but for now I'm pretty upset with those wasted time.
