Review on πŸš€ Carbon Klean Peeps Eyeglass Lens Cleaner: NASA-Approved Carbon Microfiber Technology for 500 Uses (Space Gray)! by Brandon Mix

I remain dirty and disappointed.

Product claims were too good to be true; it got my lenses terribly dirty. I have some lens coatings on my glasses (an anti-reflective coating and a blue light blocker) so I wanted something that would protect the coatings rather than using a cleaning spray or pre-moistened wipes which can corrode the coatings over time. I've only been wearing glasses for a few years, so how clean they are is very important to me. Even a speck of dust or part of a fingerprint on the edge of the lens distracts me so much that I can't continue until I remove it. My glasses were already pretty clean when I tested this product so I figured the pads would work perfectly as they don't need cleaning at all. Instead, they made my lenses look like I was trying to wipe grease off my face with a shirt. No matter how much pressure I applied (the manual says very light, I've tried that, as well as varying degrees of light to medium pressure), the pads left marks on both sides of my lenses. I followed the instructions again, blowing warm breath on the lenses and tried again (marked as stain remover on the box) but the stains kept getting worse. I spent fifteen minutes trying to get this product to work before giving up and grabbing my old microfiber duster to see clearly to write this review (and print out a return label for this overpriced and sadly unsatisfactory product). See my attached photos.
