I originally bought this for my bf to do his home workouts, but when I saw how durable and comfortable it was for him, I ended up ordering one for myself! This mat was actually more spacious than I expected! I had a hard time finding a mat that would be long enough for my bf, but also wide where his arms wouldn’t be falling off. The length and width are actually more extended each way than usual mats are. He has more than enough room each way. Its also very comfortable and durable as it doesn’t seem to rip or leave an imprint of wherever he applies pressure. However I can’t speak to how long it’ll last since he’s only had it for about a week! It’s been great so far though. It also comes with its own carrying bag which makes it convenient to take on the go or just store easily in the house. It has good grip, doesn’t move (at least on carpet, not sure about hardwood floors), and doesn’t get slippery when sweat drips on it. It’s also fairly easy to wipe down and clean! We didn’t use it for yoga, but more so for regular floor workouts. I would definitely recommend this brand and mat!
