Works but does not meet specification.

Summary: Looks good but slightly different from the advertised images. The product is functioning, but voltage, power regulation, or other internal electrical limitations prevent it from delivering the specified maximum power. Further testing is not a priority, but if I find more information or data this review will be updated. Details: The product arrived in a small box with little loss or problems opening. The item I received did not have "3A" and "2.4A" connector descriptions. When plugged in and powered on, there is a small hole and blue LED indicator on the front and inside of the USB ports. Type A to Type C USB cable. Both ports work and represent iOS devices with an Apple compatible 2.4A power adapter, but I can't get more than 1.2 amps at 5.x volts on either port draw. The Samsung Android device reports the power supply as "AC" but I haven't checked the power consumption. USB-PD has not (yet) been tested. The benchmarks aren't 100% scientific yet due to time/interest, but with an Apple 10W, 12W, or 29W wall charger and the same USB/USB-C Lightning cables, I can charge an iPhone Plus -Received model reporting up to 7 charges. 2W (1800mA). When plugged into different car charger ports, I can't get more than 4.5W on any of the ports with nothing plugged in or plugged in. This power consumption was inconsistent, often dropping to 2-3 watts. Also tested with iPad with the same results. Alternator and cables have been tested for 13.8V DC output Vehicle sockets/wiring up to 120W. The power draw from the vehicle's sockets has not been tested/confirmed (need to verify that this is not a fault with the vehicle's charging socket ). Further testing of the product is performed using a dedicated power supply that connects directly to the device and offers adjustable power up to 120W (12V, 10A). All cables/devices are new and official/genuine Samsung and Apple items.
