Review on Optimal 🐱 Instinct Cat Food by Jackie Shallenberger

My 14 year old cat loves the kibble ground up in a bowl and that's saying a lot as she only eats wet pie food! I always ground the granules into a powder, but the granules from the penultimate pack would not grind. I reported it and they sent me a free bag with no shipping. Today I received the second bag, it repeated the first bag. What should I do now? When you ask for a third sachet it is just another sachet of extremely hard granules which are not the same as regular softer granules which crush easily. I think an alternative to Petsmart.
