In point of fact, the sole reason I sat down to write the report was so that I could detail the process involved in making the initial connection to the laptop: Unpacking, placing the battery inside, and depressing and holding the button for a period of five seconds will allow the device to be recognized. Instantaneously recognized, picked up, and installed, the laptop (an Asus equipped with Windows 10) then indicated that "the gadget is ready to function." Try moving the mouse and pressing the buttons; there is no response from the cursor. "Not comprehended!" Again, I hit all of the buttons, including the one that is located on the bottom of the shoe (on/off), but there is no response. I delete all bluetooth devices that are connected to the computer, including the mouse, reinstall only the mouse, and restart the laptop. This leaves me with ZERO EMOTIONS. Panic. I go through all of the available mouse connection options; nonetheless, the computer continues to write "everything is OK" in every available space, and the mouse cursor does not move. I'm in a foul mood, so I gather all of the boxes and bits of paper in a bag with the intention of getting in touch with the service center professionals the following day. In the morning, as part of a thought experiment, I give my kid a mouse to see if he can get it to work on his Macbook. EVERYTHING WORKS ! I turn on my laptop, and it also functions properly. As if nothing even somewhat similar had taken place the day before. But, it functions somehow uneasily, in jerks. Once more, the atmosphere lies beneath the plinth. Even the people providing the service have nothing to show now other than that "it works." I log onto the Microsoft website, download some kindling for this critter that lives on my computer, and then I install it; nonetheless, the same thing happens every time. When I'm feeling disorganized, I switch off the computer and put the mouse away. After working for a few hours, you'll realize that you need a laptop. I take out my old radio mouse, turn on the laptop, and then, just out of habit, I pull this (bluetooth) to try and jolt the screen back to life. "Does it appear that this was the case?" I pull once more, this time changing both the speed and the amplitude; EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! The prior hang, seeing as how it did not take place! At the time of this writing, the solution is very effective. What occurred before that, I could not understand (can anyone defend it?), and as a result, I decreased the score by one point "for fear and misunderstandings." I hope everyone enjoys their shopping! Once a week has passed, bugs enticed. As a result, I handed it off to my kid, and now I'm on the hunt for another one to call my own. Reason given: interference with WiFi (only for me).
