DO NOT use on snakes
DO NOT use on snakes or other animals that can climb glass. There is no lock on the network cover. The lid slides open easily, too easily, and with enough pressure on the lid, it opens. In addition, the front plastic part can be flipped up, allowing small snakes such as newly hatched snakes (like corn snakes) to escape. The tank may be suitable for baby leopard geckos as they cannot climb glass. Otherwise look elsewhere. Eventually the tank arrived scratched.
