I love these towels. Blue if you exfoliate regularly, if you are new to these towels you can start with red or green. They make my skin really soft. Very good size Update I've been using them for a while now and I'm very happy with the results They will shrink after the first use But if they get wet you can still put a towel over your hand or most Like anyways i have used these bath towels from other manufacturers and they are bigger and better i have also used turkish scrub towels but they work much better and are cheaper (to use a new one every month or so) hope this helps .
