Review on Optimized Carburetor Kit: Sierra 18-7046 by Michael Miner

Delivery time was fantastic "BUT" when I opened the package to start rebuilding I thought I had lost the bowl liner. Then I realized I hadn't lost it at all and what was in the kit was clearly in use. I photographed it and my old one and you can see it was installed on a different carb no doubt due to stains and oil/dirt. Wondering if this is normal, I opened the second set and found it in pristine condition, as it should be. Being short on time I used it, but there is definitely a quality control issue, so check each item carefully. I really want to give a better rating but I can't fault the packaging of used parts as new.
