This rating is for the wall heater model with top controls only. It arrived and turned out to be a return. I knew immediately that he would come back. It was cheap plastic and didn't seem safe as a heater. I sent it back and ordered a different model (from a different seller) with side controls. It is well made of metal. Works very well. The only downside, as others have mentioned, is the electrical conduit that goes inside. Please note that this device is not fixed to a wall. No problem, but make sure you have space. Also, make sure you have access to the GFI schema when you go to the bathroom or kitchen.
