Review on Channel Portal by Kenny Sarma

Channel Portal is a great platform for our marketing team to manage our inventory and track sales. The customer service is top notch, the program is easy to use, and the program is intuitive. I don't really have any dislikes. The only thing I would like to see is to be able to view the inventory from our retail locations so that we can see what is in stock at that specific location. This has really helped our team to stay organized and be able to keep track of both our online and brick and mortar stores. I'm able to see what items are in stock and where I can find what I need in real time! This has helped our team to be able to get items to our clients in a timely manner and has helped build our customer relations!
