Tall, my waist is 48, I bought 46 and it's too big, I tried the very last hole and it was still too big, luckily it's a braided belt so I use it now the braided part to attach my belt. It never shows up so I don't care and didn't want to bother sending it back. Next time I will definitely order 42.
