I like how it looks great visually (easy design), easy setup process/integration at first glance without any learning curve needed once you have basic knowledge from other tools out there in market place such us MailChimp or Aweber etc., email template creation & drag n drop feature which makes creating emails super fast even if your not familiarized yet! - Not enough flexibility when sending bulk messages via automation rules especially those who use many tags / lists within one campaign.- Sometimes some reports could take few minutes time just because its old version so overall performance sometimes slow but no big issue since we're using this tool only occasionally anyways-.

Easy integration option compared to others solutions available online today i would say they do very good job here making their product compatible almost 100% across most major platforms used by marketers nowadays webmail services mail.
