I’m 5’1, was about 223 pounds & 32 wks 5 days pregnant & ordered a medium which fit great! Normal pregnancy size is xl or higher depending on the fit. It has a lot of stretch to it & is very long

- The ruffles may appear childish or inappropriate on women over a certain age
