Purchased in February of this year. Was happy with him for 2 months. It cleans beautifully, but it's also big, but it drips. The soap container leaks horribly which makes me think I used a lot of detergent. I called, they said they needed part of the lid but they weren't available at the time (should have known then). Then a dirty liquid began to flow from below, which I removed from the bottom. I thought I had a helpdesk called Lemon, I couldn't understand the person I was speaking to but he led me to believe that this was a common occurrence. They sent me another car. Well, 3 months later, the same thing happened to him! They called them again and said they sent a second car so we could swap parts. We have, both are still leaking. So, third call, guess what other car is coming. I have always bought Bissell products, carpet cleaners, vacuum cleaners, etc., but after this test, Bissell is done. I liked this product, it cleans great but only licks. I recommended it to my friends when I first got it, I just hope none of them bought it.
