Good idea when working
This mold is for cevapcici, skinless Balkan sausages. The problem is that my recipe calls for finely chopped onions, which causes the meat to fall apart in the mold. Spraying the inside of the pan with cooking spray and chilling the meat mixture, which you do anyway, also helps. it doesn't always work.
