Review on Modern Grayish Brown Sofa Console Table by Signature Design Ashley by Kim Rush

I was very happy when I ordered the console table. I received it on the specified date. Upon opening the packaging, my son noticed that the wooden wedge support under the table had split. He didn't even try to assemble the table because it wouldn't be strong enough. I asked for a return and the seller asked for a photo of the damaged item, which I did. The seller then suggested that I check their parts assembly instructions to see if the item could be replaced. It would have been a good alternative but the item was not listed because they would have had to replace the entire countertop. Therefore the table is returned but they want me to cover the postage which I don't have to pay as the item arrived damaged either because it was sent that way or the postman dropped the box and the wooden wedge broke. This item was purchased in June and is still in my garage after 2 months. I hope UPS eventually picks it up like the seller said it would.
