I like how easy it is to set up your membership, you have great customer service! It also has so many features from different companies (gym equipment manufacturers) which helps me keep track better with inventory/overdue balances etc when not in person at my facility as well! No dislike's other then maybe pricing might be more competitive for larger facilities who want all bells an whistles but if price isn't important this software does everything we need very effectively!! Keeping our member accounts current online rather than having paper files everywhere makes life easier. I like the ease of managing membership with this software. There is nothing to dislike about it, but rather everything! You must have an understanding of how business works or you will not be able to run your organization effectively through this program. It does exactly what we need for our gym/health club. The system makes keeping track of memberships easy and also provides us with a way to contact them in case they are having any problems within the app.
