We bought these (2) for 2 showers which were part of a recent renovation. So far so good - they were installed by our contractor. They are durable and feel heavy. They are designed for square corners, in one shower our contractors set the offset to 1/2" using chrome tubing as there is a corner bead that seals the shower panels. ) as an American alternative - which I would buy IF THEY WERE AVAILABLE!Can't wait 2 months and leads me to suspect they are also imported (perhaps just plated here).Note to buyers - solid brass plated to the end should be much better than stainless steel for this application - Chemicals in some soaps and shampoos can damage stainless steel over time, they appear to be high quality but the proof will be in the pudding.
