It works as expected.

Use it right and it will reward you with an updated suede finish. This will not make your suede "like new" but will remove dust and dirt as it builds up. Use carefully and regularly for best results. However, it won't revive a completely ruined piece of suede, so it won't save you from stains or abrasions.
