The Frida Nursing Pillow is a game changer!Both me and Dad like to use it. Dad has back issues and this helps him bottle feed our baby with ease. It also helps me from having to lean over so much when nursing. Before I bought the Frida, I used the Boppy pillow to nurse my baby boy. The Frida is much higher than the Boppy, and since it has a strap it stays in place. The strap makes nursing time so much more relaxing since you aren't having to keep adjusting the pillow. I like that it has two different sides. One side is more flat and firm, and the other is more round and soft. I mostly use the firm side. My baby is almost 2 months old. I also noticed you could give your little one tummy time as well, on the firm side of course. We love to eat together as a family, but ever since my little one was born my partner and I have to take turns watching baby in order to eat dinner. It happens often that my baby wants to nurse when our dinner is ready. Recently, I tried using the Frida to nurse my baby while sitting at the dinner table. It worked out perfectly! My baby got to nurse while we ate dinner. It was the best feeling to be able to eat dinner together again.
