Update #1: The seller contacted me to try to fix my problem and offered to send me new bits. I stated that I would, but only on the condition that my review of the product would remain valid until I actually tested it, which could be in a few months. However, I agreed to speak to their customer service. They informed me that everything was fine and that I would receive a replacement by 10/14/18. True to their word, the beats have arrived today. So I'm raising this to 2 stars for customer service. I hope the hit I got was an accident. I think time will tell. But I have to say that we will review my review immediately and make a real effort to resolve it. Below is my first review. INITIAL REVIEW: I bought this in May 2018. I've used them a few times to cut long T-slots and also make keyhole slots for hanging. No questions. They've only been used on plywood and pine so I don't think it's too stressful. Last night the smaller of the two pieces (Douglas fir I think) exploded cutting the keyhole. Luckily all the pieces stayed in the wood, but if the bit explodes in the router some can get really hurt. I've never done product reviews, but that's a security concern.
