, I have such terrible skin problems that I started making shower gel a few years ago. This is a mix of Dr. Bronners, Vegetable Glycerin, Coconut Milk and Essential Oils. (You shouldn't have any trouble finding recipes online.) OMG! This was a lifesaver for me. No more split skin or acne and very productive. I make a big batch, divide it into several plastic bottles. Keep one in the fridge for current use (because of the coconut milk) and freeze the rest for later. It doesn't take much at once, one portion lasts me for several months. Highly recommended.
