As a writer, I'm constantly searching for trustworthy internet retailers who can give me high-quality office supplies, but sadly Purida fell short of my standards. First of all, it was challenging to navigate the website. The search function was ineffective, and the categories were not well labeled. I lost a lot of time and frustration trying to find the proper products. Second, the quality of the goods was subpar. The indexes and labels were thin and easily ripped. The stamps couldn't be used professionally because they were hardly readable. Considering that I paid a high sum for the things, I was really dissatisfied with what I got. Finally, the poor customer service. Regarding my issues, I emailed them several times, but they never responded. When I did receive assistance, the customer support agent was unhelpful and offered no remedies to my issues. I was quite disappointed with Purida overall. I expect high-quality products and exceptional customer service as a professional, yet both of those things were sorely lacking in this online store. To anyone looking for dependable and effective office products, I do not advise Purida.
