I like that they are always looking at new ways for me to grow as an individual, but also growing my abilities in other areas of business such as customer service or management skills. They have helped us fill jobs quickly and we can get people into our organization who otherwise would not be considered. The only thing is it takes more time than expected sometimes because there's no set schedule/time table so you never know when someone will call back about their availability. This has been helpful by allowing me to pick up some extra shifts while still working full-time during weekdays.
