Excellent tool for internal audit and risk management
I like that it gives me all of my data in one place so i can easily see what areas are most important at this time as well as past issues with our business or clients. It's not very intuitive but once you get used to how everything works there isn't much wrong w/it. The reports aren’t always easy to read because they look more technical than some other programs out there (i'm looking at YOU Excel). If your organization has any type of compliance requirement then using something such as RiskLynix will help keep everyone up to date about their risks & liabilities associated within those items. We have been able to find many things we weren't aware were an issue before now!
Pros
- Allows for both internal audits AND third party audit reporting
- Very simple interface, doesn' t require coding experience OR previous knowledge.
- Easy access through mobile devices; just log into google play store
- You donot need internet connection during work hours if needed!!
Cons
- No email alerts when new cases come across from risk managers
