Wiring issue upon receipt
Looked like a good engraver, really wanted to like it and we liked all the interchangeable heads but there was a wiring issue when we first put the batteries in. Turning on the element only worked sometimes and you had to hold it at the right angle and press or else it would turn off. I wrote that it didn't work and got a refund right away. I decided not to get another one because I didn't have much confidence that the same thing wouldn't happen again.
