Review on 🛡️ Unbeatable Warranty for the Prolux Commercial Backpack Vacuum by Jose Strong

The tools don't fit in the wand at all, so ALL are useless. The suction power is really good and I bought it for convenience (backpack) so I can easily travel around the house to vacuum. But what's the use if I have to keep bending down because the tubing is so short - you can't make it longer with the sticks provided because then you can't use the tools. To make matters worse, the manufacturer only replied to my email once because there is no video at all on their site on how to fix the problem - the answer was to tighten the screws - wtf! There are no screws at all - neither in sticks nor in tools. I'll wait a few more days and then send it back.
