For a licensed professional, it's really not that bad. Very light and heats up quickly. They leave hair shiny and don't have that weird smell that some curlers have. My only problem is that on some articles I have to click on the counter because it's very hard to get there and one day I thought they were clicked but they weren't. The hot end is gone. They came in amazing packaging. Everything is made of good materials and overall a great product.
