There was only one rating for my order. However, I am looking for a humidifier with a large water tank that is easy to clean and refill with minimal electronics/digital display. I dared and it did not disappoint. Out of the box, the humidifier looks very clean and tidy. The remote control is convenient for controlling the humidifier. There is a sleep mode so it can be completely dark. There are two ways to fill the tank, either by lifting the top of the humidifier, which isn't as obvious or intuitive (I wish there were two little handles to pull), or lifting the top of the humidifier, which I prefer. Much easier with larger portions. I tried the humidifier, it's great and works well. It's very quiet here, but in the stillness of the night you can hear the dripping of excess water flowing back into the tank. The hygrostat is on the outside of the machine, which should be more accurate than built-in ones. I also compared it (55%) to what I have in my room (57%) which was spot on. If you are looking for an ultra-quiet humidifier, no problem. Compared to some other ultrasonic humidifiers, you can also hear the hum of the motor, although they are also quiet. I've attached a video of the first use and how it sounds when running. A good purchase that I recommend. I had to wash over some type of calcification about once a month and that was it. Looks like I'll buy another one if available.
