The quality is worse than I have ever seen, a complete disappointment

They work well for a week, then they stop being detected in the usb port, you change the port, they work for another week and again they stop being detected. It's like a wire is loose somewhere. it's good that I have 3 usb inputs, 3 are detected normally, but the audibility has become terrible, the interlocutors complain that nothing is heard.
