Review on GBGS by Aaron Clayton

Unfortunately, my experience with GBGS, an online retailer that specializes in industrial and scientific goods, was less than satisfactory. Although I had no trouble navigating their website, the brackets I ordered were subpar. They were advertised as heavy-duty but turned out to be cheaply built and inadequate for my purposes. They weren't sturdy or dependable enough for my professional needs. I had problems, and I tried to contact customer service, but I got no response and no help. They were of little assistance in resolving my problem, and their lack of interest in me as a customer made me unhappy. In sum, I would not suggest GBGS to anyone searching for reliable scientific or industrial equipment. Their website may be simple to navigate, but the quality of their offerings and support are both poor. Look elsewhere for your hardware needs to save yourself the aggravation.
