Bought this necklace for my mom to put my uncle's ashes on. While laying the ashes, I stupidly dropped the screw in the ashes *palm*. I contacted customer service and they sent me 3 replacement screws with no problem! I received the screws in less than 2 weeks. I really appreciate it as I didn't feel like spending money on a new necklace. Thanks again!

- Cheap chain broke on the first day. I suggest buying a titanium chain to replace this.
