So in all these reviews no one ever mentioned the filler cap. It is carved from an image of an inflated balloon, but is located on the horse's underside, closer to the hind legs than the front legs. A valve enters this valve on the horse's underside to fill the balloon with helium. In fact it is about 4-5 inches long. Gives the balloon a somewhat anatomical look. Especially since it doesn't close until the end of the flap, the length of the valve flap inflates like the rest of the balloon. At the party, everyone joked about it. The kids loved the balloon and stayed inflated for about 2 weeks.
