No problems with this filter. Once you have the system installed, changing the filter is easy. Just remember to turn off the water first! The RC-EZ-3 filter also fits this housing and costs less, but does not perform as well as the EZ-4. I chose this model. Very happy with the performance. Expect less water flow than your standard faucet. Important Note: If you are using a SEPARATE faucet with filtered water, you need to be aware of where the water is exiting the tip. After a while, fungi and bacteria WILL grow at the water outlet as this filter removes the chlorine which will help prevent this. About once a month I take a small amount of bleach and mix it with water (one part bleach, three parts water) and fill a small cup or glass about half full. After patting the end of the faucet dry, I lift the cup to cover the end of the spout so the tip is submerged in the bleach mixture (see image). I hold the cup for about ten seconds or so, then put it down. Leave it alone for about ten minutes and then run some water in for about ten seconds to rinse out the end.
