How to set the clock!

Below I have written a guide on how to set the 24 hour mode and alarm functions for this timer. As for the rating - these timers are pretty good and seem to work well. Sizing is a little smaller than palm (I'm a tall guy), cheap plastic but buttons work and feel good. The magnetic stand is handy and the timer stands well on a table or attaches well to a metal surface. The only negatives are the lack of instructions (see below!) and the battery compartment, which is a bit difficult to close once the battery is inserted (this device requires an AAA battery). Overall I would recommend these. We use them to get our kids to do schoolwork and play video games at home etc during lockdown. I only bought this in August 2020 - so not sure if this guide will work for older versions? However, changing/setting the clock is very simple: 1. Press the "MODE" button until you reach the clock. (The word "CLOCK" will appear in the top right corner of the screen.) 2. Press and hold the "START/STOP" button until the seconds stop counting (you should hold it for about 5 seconds).3. Once the seconds stop counting down, you can use the "HOUR", "MIN" and "SEC" buttons to set the hours to your liking (remember clocks are in 24 hour format!).4. Press and release the "START/STOP” button again to exit clock setting mode and the clock seconds will start counting down again – you are done. Alarm icon "Small alarm" at the top of the screen corresponds to the setting: 1. Switch to the alarm mode (small alarm icon at the top of the screen) by pressing the "MODE" button.2. When the colon on the large time display is pulsing, press the START/STOP button once to stop it. If it is not pulsing, go directly to step 3.3. Use the 'HOUR', 'MIN' and 'SEC' buttons to set the desired alarm time (remember the time format is 24 hours!).4. Press START/STOP again to activate the alarm and the colon will start pulsing. The alarm clock rings at the right time. If you don't want the alarm to go off, simply use the START/STOP button to stop the colon pulse. Colon Pulse Alarm Mode - The alarm is active and will sound at the set time. Non-pulsating colon alarm mode - alarm is on. disabled and not working. Hope this helps - it took me a while to figure it out!
