A sound that, considering the price, is extremely respectable, clean, clear, and not obnoxious. On the music scene, everything is "registered" very accurately and very vividly. It's all about the bass. Absolutely not on the high end. Yet, they are ideal for usage in the home, such as when listening to audio books or watching television without disturbing the family. Has pros: The cost is quite low for such quality. The fit on the head is quite comfortable. A really lengthy wire. Easy on the shoulders. Having a few drawbacks The sensitivity of 108 dB that was advertised is obviously not accurate! These headphones are at least three times quieter in comparison to the SONY MDR-XB700, which has a claimed decibel level of 106. Those who enjoy listening to music at a high volume will need to invest in a quality amplifier; in the absence of one, they will not be pulled.
