Excellent quality, super bright LEDs.

The quality convinced me. Other reviews agreed that it is difficult to take apart to insert batteries. I've found that inserting a smaller flathead screwdriver under the tab to begin removing the cover helps. The instructions say to use fingers but I didn't manage to do it. The fuse works very well and the LEDs are very bright. Bought so that all family members could stay in the car in case of an emergency. Even bought one for older grandkids who still ride bikes. I expected them to last a very long time.
