Cleans 2 8x10 rugs over hardwood floors. Not washed for 4 years. 🤩 WOW there was a huge difference. I had to do one area twice and then everything worked out. Just make sure you get a pre-spray and spray it lightly onto the carpet. Then use the sieve that comes with the detergent bucket and sprinkle lightly on the surface to be cleaned. I bought a long handled brush to rub the dry powder into the carpet well. I waited 40 minutes instead of the recommended 30 minutes before vacuuming really well. Your carpet dries and you can walk on it. Since none of the commercial carpet cleaning companies would come and clean my carpet over hardwoods, this dry shampoo was wonderful. I have just ordered another bucket of cleaner for later use.
