Good: Everything is included to get and install this setup. The faucet only requires a small cut in the countertop. Really good water pressure as the device uses electricity. Water tastes great! The under cabinet tanks are thin and don't take up much space. Needs improvement: Insufficiently detailed instructions! I wasn't sure which connector to use where. The base of the faucet wasn't long enough to fit through the granite and plywood (I had to cut a hole underneath). Overall, the water quality is amazing. I'm quite experienced so I was able to cut and join the granite. For others it may not be so easy.
