I don't like putting chemicals in my mouth but my dentist insists it's necessary (I won't talk about it) but I decided Got to try it and found a natural alternative and stumbled upon Uncle Harry. In fact, I had already used Uncle Harry's Natural Toothpaste - Spearmint (3 oz jar) so I felt like I could trust him. I dilute mine with water (about half but I'm not exact) and pour it into an old toilet bottle I had lying around - you have to shake before using. I keep leftover mouthwash in the fridge. I find it effective, but I'm no pro. The taste might be a bit salty at first, but you get used to it. But now that I've been using it for a few weeks, it doesn't bother me at all. It's undoubtedly expensive. I buy the 16 oz because you get the best bang for your buck with that size and because I dilute it I reduce my costs significantly. or duplicate my product. No matter how you look at it.
