Better than the original

Push the pedal all the way down: flush. Press halfway: drain water to fill the bowl. With the original, it was very difficult to fill the bowl without rinsing. With this new valve, it's easy to squeeze just enough to fill without flushing. It is great! The original was difficult to remove (tap on two tabs at once), but the replacement snapped right into place. I believe it will be difficult to remove when the time comes.
