I bought a Roku and didn't realize my TV only had an HDMI output. So I googled and found that I needed a slot for both my cable and my Roku. I have to admit I've been known to call my cable company because I couldn't figure out why the volume on my remote wasn't working, so I'm tech savvy! I read in other reviews that you need to buy another cable, so I bought a KabelDirekt - 1ft HDMI cable - HDMI 4K and 8K cable for $5. Needless to say, installation was easy! I'm so proud to have everything set up (and setting up my Roku device) in less than 30 minutes! It's easy to use and easy enough to switch between cable and streaming that even my 85-year-old mom figured it out. Great product, thanks!
