When I use these bags, I usually seal the bag three times. In the past (this is my second purchase) I have found that the bag sometimes loses its seal. Not good, as frost penetrates the bag and the contents lose their freshness. In over 90 percent of the cases, there are no sealing problems. CAREFULLY! They are made in communist China. It would be nice if I could find a smaller bag to freeze small portions. As a single I really don't want to freeze 2 hamburgers at once. If I seal a 1/3 pound hamburger, there's plenty of room left. I haven't tried cutting the bag yet, but this is an option.
